1. Terms

By accessing or using our app, VAT Poster Pro UK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing VAT Poster Pro UK.

The materials contained within VAT Poster Pro UK are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

This iOS application is provided by Key Network Services Ltd (registered in England & Wales, Company Number 04513241), registered office: 316 Marlow Bottom, Marlow, SL7 3QH, United Kingdom.

2. Use Licence

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download and install one copy of VAT Poster Pro UK per device for personal or commercial use. This constitutes the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title.
  2. Under this licence you may not:
    • modify or copy the materials;
    • use the materials for any public display or resale;
    • attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained in VAT Poster Pro UK;
    • remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials; or
    • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
  3. This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Key Network Services Ltd at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

  1. The materials and functions within VAT Poster Pro UK are provided on an "as is" basis. Key Network Services Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual-property rights.
  2. Key Network Services Ltd does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials within the app or on any websites linked to it.
  3. VAT Poster Pro UK may display information to assist users in viewing or filing VAT obligations. This information is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute professional or financial advice.
  4. Key Network Services Ltd is not appointed to act on your behalf with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) or any other authority. It is your responsibility to ensure that all VAT filings are made correctly and on time.
  5. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of any data entered and for meeting HMRC's submission deadlines using the software.
  6. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Key Network Services Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use VAT Poster Pro UK, even if Key Network Services Ltd or an authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in VAT Poster Pro UK may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Key Network Services Ltd does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current and may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

6. Links

Key Network Services Ltd has not reviewed all sites linked to VAT Poster Pro UK and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Key Network Services Ltd may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By using VAT Poster Pro UK, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed and billed by Apple Inc., not by Key Network Services Ltd. These transactions are subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. All billing and refund enquiries must be directed to Apple, as Key Network Services Ltd has no access to your Apple account or payment details.

Subscriptions are valid for the period specified in the app and will automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID account. Apple will send an email before renewal containing a link to manage your subscription. Key Network Services Ltd cannot view, amend, or cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf.

10. Support

If you encounter any issue using the software, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your VAT filing deadline (Monday–Friday).

Support is unavailable on all UK Bank Holidays and from Christmas Eve until the first working day in January.
